All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Preorders or custom items may have longer processing times, which will be noted in the product description.

Economy Shipping (U.S.) 5 - 8 business days

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–4 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email/text once your order ships.

Local Pickup available in [Tuscaloosa]. You will be contacted when your order is ready.

Once an order is marked as shipped, The Vella Babe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery issues.

Be sure to enter your correct address at checkout—orders will not be replaced for address errors.
